Bundeena Markets by the Sea is situated in the North-East corner of the Royal National Park, on the Southern edge of Port Hacking and is only a 20 minute ferry ride from Cronulla. The final ferry departs Bundeena 19:00 weekdays and 20:00 weekends. Alternatively, travel South from Sydney by car along the Princes Highway and head towards the town of Loftus. From Loftus head East to Bundeena. You are looking at a good hour to ninety minute trip each way from Sydney.
Held on the first Sunday of every month the market runs from 9:00 to 15:00. This is an Arts & Crafts market and it showcases the works of local artisans in ceramics, pottery, jewellery, handbags, quilts, folk art, photography and much more.
Bundeena is a small community within a national park that is based around the waterfront, with beautiful views in all directions, so bring a picnic lunch and make a day of it and enjoy one of the many walks that dot the area.
